• Client Enquiry Details: When you submit our online quote form, we collect your Full Name, Mobile / WhatsApp Number, optional Email Address, Requested Service (Wedding, Pre-Wedding, Cinematography, Candid, or Engagement), Approximate Event Date, Preferred Location / Heritage Venue, and your message or creative vision.
• Technical & Security Data: For abuse prevention, DDoS mitigation, and form velocity verification, our server checks a temporary cryptographic hash of your client IP address. Raw IP addresses are never logged alongside personal records or sold to any third party.
• Cookie Consent Preferences: When you interact with our consent banner, we store your preference (Accept or Decline) in your browser's local storage.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for legitimate studio business purposes:

• Providing customized wedding photography and cinematography investment estimates.
• Checking date availability for our master photography and film crew.
• Arranging phone consultations, creative concept discussions, and in-person studio visits.
• Coordinating event day timelines, shot lists, and venue shoot permissions.
• Delivering digital proof galleries, master wedding films, and physical flush-mount albums.

4. Third-Party Processors & Infrastructure

We partner only with reputable technology providers necessary to run our studio platform:

• Hosting & Content Delivery: Hosted on Vercel Inc., providing HTTPS encryption, edge routing, and cloud infrastructure.
• Enquiry Email Relay: Our contact form dispatches notification emails via Resend Inc. (or transactional SMTP relay) to notify studio directors (theartweddingstory321@gmail.com and rajsbhawani05@gmail.com) of new wedding enquiries.
• Direct Messaging: Links to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) allow you to voluntarily initiate direct mobile chats with our team.
• Google Analytics 4: Deployed via Google LLC with default denied consent mode. GA4 cookies and measurement pings are executed only if you explicitly choose “Accept Analytics” on our cookie banner.
• Cinematic Video Embeds: Video teasers are embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), ensuring video playback cookies are set only when you interact with the player.

• Booked Wedding Clients: Contractual agreements, project invoices, and client contact records are retained for 3 years following the wedding date to enable archival backup access, reprinting of heirloom albums, and historical tax compliance.
